Fershop | Austin Wedding Photographer Workshop

Fer Juaristi is an award-winning international wedding photographer based out of Mexico. In addition to photographing weddings all over the world, he travels around teaching workshops (“Fershops“) to other photographers, explaining everything about how he chooses locations, lighting, workflow, post-processing, etc. I had the extreme pleasure of attending one of these workshops in Austin, and it was one of the most fun things I have ever done. Fer is a genuinely nice guy with a unique vision, and I can’t wait to attend another one of his workshops one day… but maybe in another city. I think it would be fun to mix travel in with it next time. :)

Here are some of my favorites from the two separate shoots we did that day. One was like an engagement session, and the other was like a “day after” session. Rachel and Phillip did an awesome job as our models, and Katie Astoria with Modern Muse totally rocked the hair & makeup!
